Corregidor Tour

Access scholars deepened their historical understanding of World War II through the Corregidor Guided Tour organized by Regional English Language Office Manila of the U.S. Embassy Philippines.

They also enjoyed the scenic landscapes of the Island of Valor. This activity is in commemoration of the 70th Anniversary of Philippine Liberation.

Together with the forty Access scholars are their teachers, Mr. Meduranda and Mrs. Fuentes as well as embassy officials including Dr. Dawn Rogier and Mrs. Bettina Malone.

See their great learning journey in the gallery below.

  5. The tour was very great. Bataan is fantastic. When we went to the tunnel, I felt the presence of yesterday and because of our tour guide, I have a deeper understanding about the history.
